Builders & Contractors
Be your customer’s hero by building with Eco-Panels. A SIP panel home built to be stronger and more efficient can separate you from the competition.
Benefits Eco-Panels Provide for a Builder’s Client
Your customers will save money each and every month they own their home with lower utility costs. As a builder, imagine being able to offer a home that would allow them to save 50% or more in energy costs! That’s real money they can spend on something way more fun than a utility bill!
You will save money on construction of your customer’s home by being able to buy a smaller heat and air system. Bigger is not better; right sized and more efficient is the way to go. Eco-Panels of Tennessee helps builders with this money-saving process all the time.
You will save money building Eco-Panels homes with lower labor costs. Our SIP panels are PRE-MADE at our Tennessee Plant and ready to assemble on site!
You will have less waste at the jobsite. Pre-making the wall systems means there won’t be a huge pile of scraps and leftovers like in conventional stick-framed construction.
Our wall system tests stronger than framed construction (2-3 times in compression tests over 2×4 framing) and our patented corner panels are 150% stronger! A stronger house is a safer house, period. (ATSM-E72)
Our foam is non-VOC, emits no CFC, HCFC’s and contains no styrene’s or formaldehydes, because who wants all that in their home?
Our thermoset polyurethane foam does not melt at any temperature providing a Class 1 fire rating. No open-air spaces within your walls provides no oxygen to enhance flames via the “chimney” effect of a conventionally framed wall.
As a builder of SIPs, you’ll know you have the safest foam available on the market.
We are a Zero Energy Ready Home product certified by the U.S. Dept. of Energy, so ZERH builders can have confidence that Eco-Panels fit their product needs to meet the customer’s energy efficiency goals.
We use a lot less wood than a framed house with a lot less waste, significantly less. This is just better for our environment and conserves natural resources.
Lower utility bills means long term energy savings. This not only saves your clients money every month but also reduces their homes’ impact on the environment forever! As a builder who recommended an Eco-Panels SIP home, you’ll be the hero every month when their incredibly low utility bill arrives.
4.5″ thick panels are R-26, while 6.5″ panels are R-40. While the 6.5″ panels are most commonly used in roof applications, they can also be walls. Our panels allow for mostly continuous insulation that eliminates the vast majority of framing and thermal bridging versus a traditional framed wall.
Eco-Panels vs. Competition
Builders find what they need quickly, as panels are numbered to match panel assembly drawings to make assembly at the job site easy.
Walls are pre-made and even pre-assembled in our plant, this guarantees a sure fit and a lot less time for assembly at the job site for builders.

How to Start Building with Eco-Panels
1.) Builders can contact us and tell us about your project. You can call us or shoot us an email so we can discuss what you have in mind.
2.) Send us your design. If you have plans already, email them to us. If you don’t have full designs yet, that is okay! We can take a look at your sketches or even help you with a designer to complete your plans if needed.
3.) You will receive a detailed estimate based on your plans and needs.
4.) Taking your design and preparing a detailed SIP wall layout to match your plans perfectly is our goal.
5.) We will work with you, and your electrician, to add to the SIP plans outlet, switch, sconce, and other electrical needs that we will prepare for in your wall panels.
6.) Once plans are approved, we will manufacture each of your panels at our plant.
7.) When all the panels are produced to your specifications, we will “pre-build” your home and set it up in our facility to make sure everything fits nicely and is ready to be delivered to your jobsite.
8.) Your produced panels will then be bundled for shipment and wrapped up to protect them from the elements during shipment.
9.) We will load and ship your panels directly to your building site.
10.) When you get ready to put up your panels, one of our team will be on site to make sure you and your builder know how every piece goes together.
